Identiying and managing your emotions are one of the most important life skills you can have. Research tells us that people who are able to recognise and respond to their emotions are more likely to do well in life, have healthy relationships and nativate through challenges and set backs. Emotional intelligence affects quality of life as it influences our thoughts, behaviours and relationships.
We have created this safe space to explore how to manage emotions in a purposeful way.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to listen to and understand your emotions
- Managing difficult emotions in a healthy way
- Dealing with your emotions when feeling overwhelmed.
This workshop will be facilitated by The Inside Out Well-being Team.
