About The Event
By now you may have heard many people talk about the benefits of meditation on your mental health and well-being. Researchers have found that meditation can be helpful for:
- managing stress
- managing anxiety
- reducing low moods
- boosting concentration
- improving sleep
As much as it is a great tool, many people find focusing on the present moment challenging.
So we have put together a FREE online well-being event to give you an easy-to-follow guided meditation session that will give you the opportunity to experience the benefits of meditation from the comfort of your own home.
The guided meditation session will include:
- 3 relaxing mindfulness exercises
- hot drink meditation
- bubble meditaion
- self-love body scan
We will also be discussing:
- The science behind meditation
- The benefits of meditation
You will need:
- A hot drink of your choice
Particularly if you have been feeling overwhelmed with everything going on at the moment, join us for the session on Thursday 24th September 2020.
