About The Event
Grief is one of the most common human experiences. It is not possible to go through life without suffering losses. As common and natural as it is, we are not trained to deal with loss. Most people are more inclined to ignore it or push their feelings to the side, in the hope of "getting on with it", We tend to see grief as interfering with life, rather than being inviting to it
So we have created this workshop to provide a safe space to explore loss and grief.
