This global pandemic has caught all of us off guard and many of us are having to make changes and rethink our short and long term plans. Everyone is dealing with this current climate in different ways. Not knowing what’s coming next, how long this is going to last. It's understandable that adjusting to sudden changes may have an impact on your mental well-being.
