Too often people are not able to develop from their ‘actual self’ (where you are now) to their ‘aspirational self’ (where you would like to be), due to barriers such as anxiety and lack of confidence.
The secret to managing anxiety and developing confidence is understanding how your mind and body functions.
We have created this workshop to inform you of the hidden science behind anxiety.

In this 2-hour workshop you will gain an understanding of:
· How the mind and body functions
· The spectrum of anxiety
· The psychology behind confidence
· Effective research-backed tools and techniques to manage anxiety, improve confidence and optimise overall well-being
This workshop will be led by Vanessa Boachie (Psychological Therapist, Founder of Inside Out UK). Workshop materials will be provided.
We will be providing FREE FOOD for all of our event attendees.
