. Life happens, people stop working towards their goals, and then feel low because they haven’t achieved their goals. Months go by and before you know it, it’s the end of the year and we are approaching another new year. Then the cycle continues. This can be difficult to manage especially when you know you are capable of making more progress.Research has shown that about 50% of people set goals for the year but fewer than 10% of people are able stick to them for more than 2 months

 

We believe the main reason people do not maintain their goals throughout the year is due to the lack of understanding on how your brain functions.

 

We have created this workshop for those who are struggling with managing their mood and procrastination.
