When discussing well-being, many of us think about self-care routines, managing stress, mindfulness, exercise, healthy eating- which is great, but rarely do we talk about money. Financial wellness is a component of overall well-being. The relationship we have with money can have an impact on our mental well-being in various different ways.
It’s not just about how much money you have, it’s about how you spend, save or invest it and the impact those habits have on your life. Financial wellness is all about having a conscious and purposeful relationship with money.
We have created this workshop for those who are interested in having a deeper and pratical discussion on financial health.

PRACTICAL WAYS TO: BUILD YOUR FINANCIAL WELLNESS WORKSHOP
In this workshop you will gain an understanding of:
· The psychology behind your financial relationships
· How to identify problematic behaviours around money and create solutions for a healthier relationship
· Practical techniques to build your income (through saving and investing hacks, building your credit score)
This workshop will be led by Vanessa Boachie (Psychological Therapist, Founder of Inside Out UK) and a SPECIAL GUEST who will be announced soon!
Workshop materials will be provided.
We will be providing FREE FOOD for all of our event attendees.
