We are bombarded with more information and choices in a day, than our ancestors received in a lifetime. Technology and social media is evolving faster than our ability to adapt. This can be a great challenge for many who use social media regularly, whether that’s for build their business, brand or just keeping in contact with others.
Of course, we all know that being connected 24/7 can have negative implications on well-being.
So we have created this workshop for those who are interested in creating a safe and healthy relationship with social media.
